Hi Kay,

Headings should not be used in blockquote, as headings are used to navigate throughout a text. The headings within a blockquote are a presentational purpose, rather than the start of a new section within the text. Using a <p> tag to stylize the statement so it visually appears like a heading (as shown in the example you provided) is correct.
